Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the reduced-fat provolone and cheddar cheese into fun shapes using assorted 1-inch cookie cutters. Set aside.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add chopped apple cubes and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and lightly golden.
  3. Once apples are tender, stir in 2 tablespoons of peach preserves and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Layer the cheese shapes atop the reduced-fat Triscuits and top each with a spoonful of the warm apple mixture.
