- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it.
- Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, yellow mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties that will fit in the mushroom caps.
- Clean the mushroom caps and remove stems. Drizzle olive oil over them and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with a formed beef patty, pressing down to adhere well.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the beef is cooked and mushrooms are soft.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each mushroom and return to oven for 5-10 minutes to melt.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon, grape tomatoes, and pickle slices before serving.
