Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the salmon skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for about 2 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
