Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking dish.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
  4. Spread a generous amount of Boursin cheese over each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon is opaque.
  6. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a golden finish.
