  • 1/2 whole Lemon Zest and juice.
For the Topping
  • 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese Can use other flavors.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, optional.
Optional Vegetables
  • Vegetables e.g., cherry tomatoes or asparagus.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Gently pat your salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
  4. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the seasoned fillets.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, broiling for 1 to 2 minutes if desired.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
