Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cubed chicken with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Add 4-5 tablespoons of the bang bang sauce to the chicken, mix well, and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Soak bamboo skewers in water. Thread 6-8 pieces of marinated chicken onto each skewer.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, turning halfway.
  6. Brush skewers with additional sauce and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
