Equipment

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and optional smoked paprika. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a patty, about 1 inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or a skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, add a splash of olive oil.
  4. Carefully place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover the grill or skillet to help melt the cheese.
  6. Lightly toast your burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they’re golden and slightly crispy.
  7. To assemble, place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and condiments.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and juicy. Pair with sweet potato fries or a garden salad.
