- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow 10-15 minutes for it to heat.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic and chopped yellow onions for 3-5 minutes until translucent.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground sausage, cooked bacon, sautéed garlic and onions, salt, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, panko breadcrumbs, and eggs.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place onto a lined baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
- Brush additional BBQ sauce over the top and wrap with strips of bacon.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), and the bacon is crispy.
