Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow 10-15 minutes for it to heat.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic and chopped yellow onions for 3-5 minutes until translucent.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground sausage, cooked bacon, sautéed garlic and onions, salt, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, panko breadcrumbs, and eggs.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place onto a lined baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
  5. Brush additional BBQ sauce over the top and wrap with strips of bacon.
  6. Bake for 60-75 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), and the bacon is crispy.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
