Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them in the prepared dish. Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese until fluffy, then add sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the layered croissants and berries, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove plastic wrap and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and center is set.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, slice, and serve warm with powdered sugar or syrup.
