  • 2 tablespoons Butter For grilling.

  • 4 slices Muenster Cheese Can substitute provolone or havarti.

  • 2 tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish Or sweet relish if preferred.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, and ketchup in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet, add butter, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Sauté for 20 minutes until golden-brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Form into 2 patties.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side until browned and 160°F internally.
  5. Butter the bread, layer cheese, patty, onions, and more cheese, then place the other slice on top.
  6. Grill sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
