- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage for about 8-10 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle all-purpose flour evenly over the sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in whole milk and cook for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Quarter the refrigerated biscuits and layer the pieces in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuit layer, then whisk together the eggs and additional milk, pouring it over the casserole.
