Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased foil.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and lime juice. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, and taco seasoning. Fold in cooked chicken until well combined.
  4. Cut flour tortillas in half. Place 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture on each straight edge and roll into cone shapes.
  5. Position an oven-safe bowl upside down in the center of the tray and arrange tortilla cones around it to form a flower shape.
  6. Top with any remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.

Notes
