Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a kettle. Add 2 tablespoons of dried culinary-grade lavender and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Strain the lavender with a fine mesh sieve, discarding the flowers and reserving the tea.
  2. While the lavender tea cools, squeeze enough fresh lemons to yield about ½ cup of juice.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled lavender tea, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ½ cup of blueberry lavender syrup along with 2 cups of cold filtered water. Stir gently.
  4. Fill each glass halfway with ice and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of lavender, if desired.
