  1. Gather all ingredients: fresh basil, lime juice, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and optional garlic and shallots or green onion.
  2. Add basil, lime juice, olive oil, and white balsamic vinegar into the blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust flavors, adding more lime juice, honey, or vinegar if desired.
  4. Transfer the dressing to a jar and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
