  • 2 medium gala apples diced, skins on
  • 0.5 cups chopped walnuts can substitute with pecans

For the Dressing

  • 0.25 cups Hellman's or Best Foods Mayonnaise full-fat or avocado mayo for lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar white vinegar can substitute
  • 2 tablespoons honey can use agave or maple syrup as alternatives
  • to taste salt sea salt or Himalayan salt recommended

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt. Chill for about 15 minutes.
  2. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, dice the apples with skins on, and slice the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apples, walnuts, carrots, and raisins. Toss gently to mix.
  4. Pour the chilled dressing over the salad mixture and toss again gently to coat evenly.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Chill for an additional 10-15 minutes before serving.
