Preparation Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- Husk the corn thoroughly and rinse under cool water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter with Cajun seasoning and lime juice. Stir until blended.
- Brush Cajun butter over all sides of the corn cobs.
- Grill the corn for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove from grill and brush with any remaining Cajun butter before serving with lime wedges.
