  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder or fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
For the Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tbsp Dried Mustard or yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dried Thyme or fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt reduce if using table salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly cracked recommended

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken wings and drizzle in some apple cider vinegar. Sprinkle all the dry seasonings over the wings and toss thoroughly until the wings are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 375°F to 400°F. Let the wings rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wings on the grill in a single layer. Close the lid and grill for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness, aiming for an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
  5. Remove the wings from the grill, transfer them to a serving platter, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
