  • 1 cup Strawberries Slice them to about ¼ inch thick.

Method
 

Preparation

  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are light golden brown; cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
  6. Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries artistically on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
