Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a pizza pan lined with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- Press the refrigerated sugar cookie dough evenly into a round shape on the pizza pan, approximately ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are light golden brown; cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries artistically on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Cover lightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
