  • 8 oz Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 8 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese at room temperature
  • 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix
For Coating and Decoration
  • 1 cup Finely Shredded Jack Cheese
  • 1 piece Baby Carrot for nose
  • 10 pcs Whole Peppercorns for eyes, mouth, and buttons

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning in a stand mixer and beat until smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Shape the mixture into two balls (one larger for body, one smaller for head) and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  3. Unwrap the cheese balls and coat with finely shredded jack cheese.
  4. Stack the smaller cheese ball on top of the larger one to create the snowman.
  5. Insert the baby carrot for the nose and use whole peppercorns for the eyes, mouth, and buttons.
  6. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
