Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and position the oven rack in the center.
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rigatoni until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage and ground beef over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the meat sauce with the drained rigatoni in a mixing bowl.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
