Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan and Pecorino cheeses with the finely grated garlic, fresh thyme leaves, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper.
- Spread the cheesy mixture evenly across the prepared baking sheet. Slice the baguette into uniform pieces about 1/2 inch thick and place them on top of the cheese. Brush with more melted butter.
- Carefully place the prosciutto slices on or around the bread slices.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove the crostini from the oven. Spoon a generous amount of burrata cheese over each piece and add the sliced peaches.
- Drizzle hot honey over the crostini and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes
Room temperature burrata enhances creaminess. Check crostini while baking to avoid burning. Fresh ingredients elevate flavor and appeal.
