Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 7-8 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Season the cooked ground beef with salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the seasoned beef with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese; stir until well blended.
  5. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into discs about 3-4 inches wide.
  6. Place a generous spoonful of the cheese and beef mixture in the center of each disc, being careful not to overfill.
  7. Fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling, pinch to seal, and roll into a smooth ball.
  8. Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each.
  9. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat, then stir in minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  12. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
