Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 7-8 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns.
  3. Once the beef is drained, add salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for another minute.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine seasoned beef with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a disc about 3-4 inches wide.
  6. Place a spoonful of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit disc and seal tightly.
  7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  9. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  10. Brush each dough ball with the melted garlic butter and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  11. Bake the bombs for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffy.
