Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 7-8 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Season the cooked ground beef with salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder; mix well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the seasoned beef with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese; stir until well blended.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into discs about 3-4 inches wide.
- Place a generous spoonful of the cheese and beef mixture in the center of each disc, being careful not to overfill.
- Fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling, pinch to seal, and roll into a smooth ball.
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each.
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat, then stir in minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
