Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Dust your work surface with all-purpose flour, then divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
  3. Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch long rope, snip each end about 1 inch deep with kitchen scissors to form a bone-like structure.
  4. Place the shaped breadsticks onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each for rising.
  5. Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
