Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Dust your work surface with all-purpose flour, then divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch long rope, snip each end about 1 inch deep with kitchen scissors to form a bone-like structure.
- Place the shaped breadsticks onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each for rising.
- Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until puffed and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each breadstick. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
Store leftover breadsticks in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven for a fresh-baked texture. Experiment with different cheeses for various flavors.
