Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine the pulled pork, softened cream cheese, sour cream, BBQ sauce, minced garlic, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until thoroughly blended.
  3. Spoon the creamy mixture into a 10" cast iron skillet or a 9"x9" baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the mixture, followed by the minced jalapeño, if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is hot and bubbly.
  6. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy top, watching closely.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
