- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine the pulled pork, softened cream cheese, sour cream, BBQ sauce, minced garlic, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until thoroughly blended.
- Spoon the creamy mixture into a 10" cast iron skillet or a 9"x9" baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the mixture, followed by the minced jalapeño, if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is hot and bubbly.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispy top, watching closely.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
