Preparation
- Juice several fresh lemons to obtain 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a blender, combine the lemon juice and chilled cold water, blending briefly.
- Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the blender and blend until smooth.
- If desired, add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend until reaching the preferred thickness.
- Pour the frosted lemonade into tall, chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Serve with a slice of lemon or a mint sprig for garnish. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for one day or frozen for up to two hours.
