- Lay the discs out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 1-minute increments until smooth.
- Carefully dip each frozen cranberry slice into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Return the coated slices to the baking sheet and freeze again for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
