- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a standard muffin tin.
- Roll out your sheets of puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/4 inch, and cut into rectangles (3x6 inches).
- Melt butter and spread it evenly over each pastry rectangle. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously.
- Roll each rectangle tightly from one shorter side and pinch the ends to seal. Place seam-side down in muffin tin.
