Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Roll out your sheets of puff pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/4 inch, and cut into rectangles (3x6 inches).
  3. Melt butter and spread it evenly over each pastry rectangle. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously.
  4. Roll each rectangle tightly from one shorter side and pinch the ends to seal. Place seam-side down in muffin tin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Watch carefully to avoid over-baking.
  6. Let the cruffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm.
