  • 1 cup Raisins

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese sharp, cut into small cubes
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar or any mild vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar adjust to taste

Preparation Steps
