Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Transfer turkey to the crockpot and stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add diced onion, red bell pepper, zucchini, and drained corn to the crockpot and stir well.
  4. Pour in black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir to combine well.
  5. Cover crockpot and set to cook on low for 8-9 hours, or high for 4-5 hours. Stir occasionally if possible.
  6. Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream or shredded cheese.
