- In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer turkey to the crockpot and stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add diced onion, red bell pepper, zucchini, and drained corn to the crockpot and stir well.
- Pour in black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir to combine well.
- Cover crockpot and set to cook on low for 8-9 hours, or high for 4-5 hours. Stir occasionally if possible.
- Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream or shredded cheese.
