Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes and fold them into the pumpkin mixture. Let soak for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Add half the soaked bread cubes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer cooked bites to a plate. Repeat cooking with remaining bread cubes.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar.
