- Wash and slice 4 medium ripe pears into thin slices. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the sliced pears with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of almond flour, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and mix it into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the oat topping evenly over the caramelized pears in the skillet.
- Lower the heat and cover the skillet with a lid, cooking for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the oat topping is golden brown.
