  • 1/2 cup Green Olives pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives pitted and chopped
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise light version optional
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or fresh onions
  • 2 tbsp Parsley fresh garnish
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation Steps
  1. Soften the Cream Cheese: Take cream cheese out of the refrigerator and let it soften for about 30 minutes at room temperature or microwave in 10-second bursts until soft.
  2. Chop the Olives: Pit and finely chop the green and black olives, aiming for small, uniform pieces.
  3. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped olives, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth, leaving visible flecks of olives.
  4. Season & Adjust: Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Mix and fold in parsley if desired.
  5. Chill the Spread: Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Remove from fridge, stir, and garnish with additional olives or parsley before serving.
