Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Dijon Chicken
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
  2. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Lower the heat and add more olive oil if needed. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the Dijon mustard and heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
