  • 1 stalk Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Diced Pickles or Capers
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Dill or Parsley) finely chopped
  • 2 slices Crispy Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Canned Chickpeas rinsed and drained

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling the hard-boiled eggs, aiming for a clean shell removal. Chop them into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Blend until evenly combined.
  3. Finely chop the green onions and measure out the sweet pickle relish. Set both aside.
  4. In the bowl with the chopped eggs, add mayonnaise and mustard. Fold gently for about 1 minute.
  5. Fold in the chopped green onions and sweet pickle relish until evenly distributed.
  6. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the mixture and fold carefully to incorporate.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
