Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add 3-4 minced garlic cloves and 8 ounces of sliced baby bella mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender and golden.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in 4 ounces of cream cheese and 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Optionally add fresh parsley.
  5. Return to low heat and stir gently for 4-5 minutes to warm through.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with reserved parsley. Serve warm.
