  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, mashed anchovy fillets, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk thoroughly for a smooth base.
  2. Let the mixture rest for one minute to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the mixture and whisk until completely smooth.
  4. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify.
  5. Mix in finely grated Parmesan cheese until completely dissolved.
  6. Add water one tablespoon at a time, whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
  7. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to meld flavors.
