  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For sautéing the beef.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Pasta Base
  • 8 ounces Pasta Elbows, penne, rotini, or shells work well.
For the Sauce and Cheese
  • cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade or rich store-bought variety.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Adds sharpness and gooey texture.
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese Use fresh for best melt.
For the Toppings
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble for toppings.
  • cup Dill Pickles Diced for garnish.
  • Optional Toppings Chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and sauté until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and stir in onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with beef and sauce, tossing until well-coated. Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
  6. Remove from heat and top with crumbled bacon and diced dill pickles. Serve warm.
