- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and sauté until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with beef and sauce, tossing until well-coated. Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
- Remove from heat and top with crumbled bacon and diced dill pickles. Serve warm.
