Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish or skillet.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté for 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Add diced green bell pepper to the onions and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and provolone cheese. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in the sautéed onion and green pepper mixture with chopped roast beef, adding salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the cheesy mixture to your prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Cover with foil and bake for 15-18 minutes until bubbling.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and green onions, and serve immediately with dippers like tortilla chips or crackers.
