Step-by-Step Instructions for Philly Cheesesteak Dip
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté diced onions until caramelized for 5-7 minutes. Add chopped green bell peppers and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream, then beat until smooth. Gradually mix in shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Fold in sautéed vegetables and chopped roast beef. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
