Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the kale and romaine under cold water. Pat them dry, then finely chop the kale and tear the romaine into smaller strips. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Incorporate the coleslaw mix, thinly sliced fennel, chopped broccoli, and shredded red cabbage into the bowl. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top and add toasted sesame seeds.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, honey, cider vinegar, lemon juice, and pureed strawberries until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the mixed salad and gently toss to coat each ingredient.
