  • 2 pieces Fresh Tuna Steaks Using fresh is ideal, though frozen works if thawed.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Substitute with lime juice if needed.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary) Oregano can be used for a twist.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Can substitute with garlic powder.
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the tuna steak in the marinade and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated tuna steak in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown with an internal temperature of 130°F to 135°F.
  5. Let the tuna steak rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve with your favorite sides.
