Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak 1½ cups of dried chickpeas in water overnight.

  3. Add spices, salt, and flour to the mixture, then blend until combined but fluffy.
  4. Form small balls with the mixture and place on parchment paper.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F for frying or preheat an air fryer to 375°F.
  6. Fry falafel for 3-4 minutes until golden or air fry for 12-14 minutes, shaking halfway.
