  1. Gather all ingredients: sweet corn, chopped jalapeños, cheese, flour, baking powder, and eggs. Prepare your workspace.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sweet corn, diced jalapeños, grated cheese, flour, and baking powder. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
