Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and poke holes in the Russet potatoes. Bake for 1 hour until tender.
  2. Once cooled, slice each baked potato in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh.
  3. Switch the oven to broil. Brush the skins with melted butter or olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then broil for 7-8 minutes until crispy.
  4. Fill each skin with sour cream and shredded cheese, then broil again for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
