Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.
  3. Warm your tortillas in the microwave between two damp paper towels for about 20-30 seconds.
