Step-by-Step Instructions for Zucchini Tots
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Squeeze the grated zucchini in a clean towel to extract moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix the drained zucchini with egg, onion, cheddar, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from muffin tin.
