Preparation Steps
- Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a tart pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cook sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until thickened and golden brown. Pour over the biscuit base and cool.
- Slice firm bananas and arrange on the cooled toffee layer.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Spread over bananas.
