Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan with grease or parchment.
  2. Combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the well-drained grated zucchini into the batter.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45–55 minutes and check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, slice and serve.
