Preparation
- Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper.
- Melt unsalted butter in a medium pot over medium heat, stirring for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add mini marshmallows to the brown butter, stirring until melted. Mix in vanilla extract and sea salt.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted mixture with Rice Krispies, mixing gently until coated.
- Press half the mixture into the prepared pan, then layer with dulce de leche.
- Top with remaining Rice Krispies mixture, pressing down to adhere layers.
- Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
