Fudge Preparation
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Microwave at half power for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth, about 2-3 minutes total.
- Allow the fudge to cool slightly for about 3-4 minutes. Use a cookie scoop to take 1.5 tablespoons of fudge and shape it into an egg. Place on parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the shaped eggs for approximately 30 minutes until firm.
Coating
- Melt remaining milk chocolate and white chocolate chips in separate bowls, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled fudge egg into the melted milk chocolate, tap to remove excess, and return to parchment paper.
- Once set, drizzle melted white chocolate over each egg for decoration.
- Allow the decorated eggs to rest until fully set at room temperature.
- Transfer set eggs to an airtight container for storage.

Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor. Ensure eggs are not too cold before coating to prevent cracking.
