Method
 

Fudge Preparation
  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Microwave at half power for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until smooth, about 2-3 minutes total.
  2. Allow the fudge to cool slightly for about 3-4 minutes. Use a cookie scoop to take 1.5 tablespoons of fudge and shape it into an egg. Place on parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate the shaped eggs for approximately 30 minutes until firm.
Coating
  1. Melt remaining milk chocolate and white chocolate chips in separate bowls, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Dip each chilled fudge egg into the melted milk chocolate, tap to remove excess, and return to parchment paper.
  3. Once set, drizzle melted white chocolate over each egg for decoration.
  4. Allow the decorated eggs to rest until fully set at room temperature.
  5. Transfer set eggs to an airtight container for storage.
